Jake!

I got to take advantage of our continued mild winter here in Central Oregon with some time spent at Shevlin Park with a little Jack Russell mix named Jake. Although he was a little camera shy at first, he warmed up to the guy with the camera in no time. As you can see, he's quite the character for sure.

Assorted photos from the California trip

I took a lot of photos on my trip down south. So many in fact, I nearly ran out of space on my memory cards. Didn't quite realize how fast 21MP fills up a card!
The petroglyphs I photographed were created by the Modoc Indians and were located at the edge of a larger, ancient Tule Lake. It's here where they would paddle up in a boat, having access to the soft, sandstone at the lake's shore and start carving away.  Graffiti circa 1,500 years ago.

Henry and Sammy

While down in Sacramento I got to hang out with my favorite little guys in the world, Henry and Sammy (and their parents of course, Craig and Lisa). These guys loooove to play and it's nothing but wrestling, playing with cars and dinosaurs and more wrestling when I pay them a visit. I also managed to get them down to the Sacramento River for an evening photo shoot. As you can see, they're pretty cute too. My photos barely do them justice. Thanks for the fun times!
